Dr. Christopher G. Worley holds a joint appointment as a research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and as an associate professor at Pepperdine University. He is the former director of the Master of Science in Organization program at Pepperdine University, where he was awarded the Harriet and Charles Luckman Distinguished Teaching Fellowship between 1995 and 2000. Dr. Worley also has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of San Diego, University of Southern California, and Colorado State University. He was chair of the Academy of Management's Organization Development and Change Division. Dr. Worley received his Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of Southern California, an M.S. in organization development from Pepperdine University, an M.S. in environmental psychology from Colorado State University, and a B.S. from Westminster College. He is a member of the Strategic Management Society, the Academy of Management, NTL, and the Organization Development Network.
