Nonfiction Author Studies in the Elementary Classroom

Carol Brennan Jenkins has worked in the field of literacy for twenty-five years as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and teacher educator. She currently teaches courses in literacy at Boston University and coordinates the elementary education program. In addition to conducting literacy workshops for teachers, parents, and administrators, she works side by side with teachers in classrooms, tapping their expertise and supporting their efforts.
