His research has covered aspects of prosecutions and police powers, as well as the involvement of victims in the criminal justice system Richard Young is a Lecturer in Criminal Justice and Assistant Director of the Centre for Criminological Research at the University of Oxford Jo Winter is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Manchester, having recently completed a PhD at Bristol University.
