Gary Regan and Mardee Haidin Regan are co-authors of The Book of Bourbon and Other Fine American Whiskeys. They write--together and separately--about spirits, food, and travel for a wide variety of publications. Gary wrote The Bartender's Bible, a best-selling guide to cocktail recipes both old and new, and is co-host, with F. Paul Pacult, of "The Happy Hour," a weekly call-in radio show about spirits, wine, and cocktails.
