Dr. Les Parrott III is founder and codirector (with his wife, Dr. Leslie Parrott) of the Center for Relationship Development on the campus of Seattle Pacific University, a groundbreaking program dedicated to teaching the basics of good relationships. He is professor of psychology at Seattle Pacific University as well as the author of several best-selling books. He has appeared on CNN, Good Morning America, and Oprah. Dr. Les Parrott Sr. serves as pastor in residence at the Biltmore Church of the Nazarene in Phoenix. He served as college president for 22 years at Eastern Nazarene College and Olivet Nazarene University. He served as chairman of the psychology department at George Fox College in Newberg, Oregon.
