The book also recounts his fieldwork among such high altitude dwellers as the Sherpas.von Furer-Haimendorf, Christoph is the author of 'Life among Indian Tribes : The Autobiography of an Anthropologist', published 1990 under ISBN 9780195624717 and ISBN 0195624718.
