Invitation to Italian Cooking

In 1999, Antonio Carluccio received Italy's highest honour, the Commendatore Omri, in recognition of his services to his native country. He is the proprietor of London's Neal Street Restaurant and, together with his wife Priscilla, created the specialist Italian food shop Carluccio's and a series of Carluccio's Caffes. A renowned authority on the subject of wild food in particular and Italian cooking in general, he has presented two television series -- Antonio Carluccio's Northern Italian Feast and Southern Italian Feast -- and has made many appearances on BBC2's Food and DrinkCarluccio, Antonio is the author of 'Invitation to Italian Cooking' with ISBN 9780747275916 and ISBN 0747275912.
