Richard J. Goldstone served as a justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa and was the Chief Prosecutor of the UN International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. Mark S. Ellis is executive director of The International Bar Association. He previously served as legal advisor to the Independent International Commission on Kosovo and advisor on the creation of Serbia's war crimes court.
