Charles E. Soule graduated from Dartmouth College and has spent over forty years in the insurance industry. He is the author of an insurance textbook, Disability Income Insurance: The Unique Risk, that is currently published in its fifth edition. He has held numerous positions in industry, community and church organizations; and since his retirement nearly a decade ago has remained busy in civic activities as well as a consultant and board member in the insurance industry. He and his wife recently celebrated their fiftieth anniversary, and they reside in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
