MLS, RHIA, FAHIMA. Carol A. Venable, MPH, RHIA, FAHIMA, is a department head and a professor at the University of Louisiana at Lafyette, and Anita C. Hazelwood, MLS, RHIA, FAHIMA, is an associate professor at the same university.
