Peter Bamberger (PhD, 1990, Cornell University) is Senior Lecturer in human resource management and industrial relations at the Davidson Graduate School of Business Administration, Technion--Israel Institute of Management. He is also a Senior Research Associate at the Smithers Institute of the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University. Ilan Meshoulam has BAs in accounting and finance from Haifa University and American University, respectively, an MB in personnel management from American University, and an MBA and DBA in behavioral sciences from Boston University. He recently joined the Faculty of Management at Haifa University.
