Penny Henderson started writing what she describes as very bad poetry” in grade school and has been refining her craft ever since. As a garden designer, she has spoken to numerous garden clubs and written for local gardening and environmental publications. For the last ten years, she has been speaking to and teaching varied Christian groups, from MOPS to senior citizens. She describes herself, in descending order of importance, as a child of God, wife, mother, grandmother, writer, friend, gardener, and cook.
