Carrie Levin, the chef/owner of Good Enough to Eat, was born in New York but grew up in Brussels, where her parents owned two small restaurants. After attending Pru Leith's School of Food and Wine in London, England, she moved to New York City and worked for Faith Stuart Gordon at the Russian Tea Room.
