Dr. De Pauw is the Founder and President of The MINERVA Center, Inc. which supports the study of women and war and women in the military.. She earned her B.A. at Swarthmore College in 1961 and her Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins University in 1964. Currently Dr. De Pauw is Professor of History at George Washington University.
