Paul Bishop is Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Western Ontario, where he teaches corporate and international finance. He is also a management consultant whose clients have included IBM, Noranda, the Bank of Nova Scotia, the Royal Bank, and the Brazilian government, as well as major corporations in Australia and England. He received a D.B.A. from the harvard Business School. Don Dixon is Senior Manager of the Treasury Group for the Bank of Montreal. In this capacity, he manages the foreign exchange activities for the bank and advises clients on foreign currency exposure management strategies and policies. Previously, he managed foreign exchange exposures for the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan and traded foreign exchange and commodity markets for the Cargill Grain Company Ltd.
