Film Industry

Fred Yager attended the New York University film school and is a member of the Writers Guild of America. He has had several screenplays optioned, and he spent 13 years as a reporter for the Associated Press, including five years as a film critic and entertainment writer. He is the coauthor, with Jan Yager, of Career Opportunities in the Publishing Industry, Second Edition, for Facts On File and Checkmark Books. Jan Yager studied acting at the Gene Frankel Theatre Workshop and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has cowritten several screenplays and novels with her husband, Fred Yager.
