IAN BACHE is Reader in Politics at the University of Sheffield, UK. He was Convenor of the UACES Study Group and ESRC Seminar Series on The Europeanization of British Politics and Policy-Making (2003-05). ANDREW JORDAN is Professor of Environmental Politics in the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia, UK.
