Days of '49

Poetry. DAYS OF '49 is an important new collaborative work from major UK poets Alan Halsey and Gavin Selerie. In 1949 the USSR exploded its first A-bomb, Ezra Pound won the Bollingen Prize for Poetry, Samuel Beckett burnt his letters from James Joyce, Orson Welles appeared in THE THIRD MAN, and Halsey and Selerie were born.
