Alex Anton is the co-creator of the landmark television special Adios Patria, which aired in English on PBS television, and in Spanish on the Univision network, and Forever Present: Brothers to the Rescue. He was born in Cuba and arrived in Miami in 1974. He was founding director of the Cuban Oral History Project at St. Thomas University, Miami Roger E. Hernandez writes a nationally syndicated column for King Features that appears in some 40 newspapers across the country, including the Washington Post and Los Angeles Daily News. He is Writer-in-Residence at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a member of the adjunct journalism faculty at Rutgers University.
