No book of this scope could be possible without more than a little help from our friends. We'd like to send a special thank you to contributors Art Sbarsky (cruise reviews), Mark Chapman (gambling and activities/entertainment chapters), Felicity Long (family and Caribbean chapters), the cruise lines' public relations departments, and our patient editor Amy Lyons. And a big thanks to our families, for putting up with us.Golden, Fran Wenograd is the author of 'Cruise Vacations for Dummies 2005', published 2004 under ISBN 9780764569418 and ISBN 0764569414.
