Charles-Joseph, seventh Prince de Ligne, Field marshal, Grandee of Spain, Knight of the Golden Fleece, sovereign of the minuscule county of Fagnolles in the Ardennes, and author of theCoup d'Oeil sur Beloeil,was born in 1735.
