Karin Weber, MSc, is Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ms. Weber has been affiliated with the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, and Monash University in Victoria, Australia. Her research has been published in leading tourism and hospitality journals, including the Annals of Tourism Research, the Journal of Travel Research, Tourism Management, the Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, Cornell HRA Quarterly, and the International Journal of Hospitality Management. She serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing and the Journal of Convention & Exhibition Management and has contributed research projects to the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and the International Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus (IACVB).
