Ken Norris is a lecturer in ecology and conservation at the University of Reading. His research interests include exploring the links between animal decision-making and the population dynamic consequences of those decisions, and avian conservation. He works on projects with a wide variety of endemic or threatened species including the Seychelles magpie robin, and St Helena wirebirds.
