Deputy Chief Vincent Dunn is retired as a 42-year veteran of the Fire Department of New York. He is an adjunct professor at John Jay College, City University of New York and Manhattan College. Dunn has earned an A.A.S. in fire administration, a B.A. in sociology, and an M.A. in urban studies from Queens College, City University of New York.
