Linda Pawsey is one of the UK's leading cake decorators. A qualified teacher with many impressive qualifications, she is also an experienced judge and competitor. Linda has won numerous gold and silver awards for her work and holds the Senior Grand Prix d'Honneur award for best exhibit. As well as being an enthusiastic teacher and demonstrator, Linda designs and decorates wedding and celebration cakes for those who want something with that individual touch.
