Jiang Yu is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He has worked as the Royal Society Research Fellow in the Institute for Manufacturing, Cambridge University, UK. Dr Yu is the chief co-editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Policy in China. He has received an IAMOT Best paper award. He has also undertaken consultancy assignments for several key foreign and public sector organizations in China since 2001. Richard Li-Hua is an Associate at Global Higher Education Consortium (GHEC) and Director of China Programmes at Salford Business School, Salford University, UK. He worked for 11 Years at Northumbria University as Director of China Management and Technology Transfer at Newcastle Business School, where he taught and researched strategic challenge and management, technology management, knowledge management and international technology transfer.
