Terrance P. McGuire, Ed.D., is presently vice-president of mission effectiveness for the Alexian Brothers Health System. He has twenty years of administrative and teaching experience in educational, social services, and health-related services. Dr. McGuire has published various articles and conducted numerous workshops, seminars, and retreats in the area of values formation and organizational effectiveness. He has been an adjunct faculty member for De Paul University and the Permanent Diaconate Program of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
