These well-reproduced, previously unpublished photographs about Dolce Vita the "cafA of stars" document coffee's relation to life and style in Rome in the 1950s and 60s. Many of these images were taken by paparazzi, considered then as photographers on the forefront of new realism and photojournalism. They feature stars such as Dustin Hoffman, Mohammed Ali, Sophia Loren, Cary Grant, Anthony Quinn, Ingrid Bergman, and Joe Di Maggio--all enjoying a cup of coffee.
