Later learning the business of training and development with Milliken and Company and the South Carolina State Ports Authority, he served as a Senior Consulting Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies for more than a decade, earning his MBA from Charleston Southern University along the way. His work with hundreds of the largest and most influential companies and government agencies in the eight nations has made a difference in not only those organizations, but in the lives of tens of thousands of parents and children who have heard his message.Ray has served with his family in Romania, working with volunteer missionaries to build an orphanage and mission center for homeless and hopeless Romanian children.
