It is also evident that many of the children and adolescents with ADHD will continue to have symptoms including significant vocational, interpersonal, marital, and family problems well into their adult years. Estimates now project the number of adults with interfering attentional deficits to be approaching 2 million. This annotated bibliography increases the psychologist's diagnostic acumen improves intervention strategies leading to positive outcomes in patient care.
