Dr. Mattingly earned his B.S. and M.S. at the University of Notre Dame and Ph.D. at the University of Washington. He is Professor Emeritus in Mechanical Engineering at Seattle University and Affiliate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Washington. Dr. Heiser earned his B.S. at the Cooper Union in New York City, his M.S. at the California Institute of Technology, and his Ph.D. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has held senior positions in academia, government, and industry. He is Professor of Aeronautics Emeritus at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Dr. Pratt earned his B.S. at the University of Washington and his M.S. and Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley.
