Huishi Li is Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Bilkent University, Turkey. Previously he was Professor of Mathematics at the Shannxi Normal University, People's Republic of China. Dr. Li received the Ph.D. degree (1990) in mathematics from the University of Antwerp/UIA, Belgium. Freddy van Oystaeyen is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Antwerp/UIA in Belgium. He is a board member of the Belgium Mathematical Society and a member of the Liaisons Committee of the European Mathematical Society.
